I did what any young man would do...

I did what any young man would do in 2010 when you notice you are losing your hair and went to the store to buy Minoxidil aka Rogaine.  This was Just mainstream advice at the time, and still now I guess.  But back then it sucked because you had to become a secret agent in the parking lot of Wal-Mart with the mission of: Get in, Get Rogaine, and get out without seeing anyone you know.  Spoiler alert you always ran into somebody you knew while holding a Package of Rogaine behind your back.  

I used the Rogaine aka Minoxidil, twice a day, Religiously for 2 Years and still was losing my hair. So in 2012 at 25 years old I went to a Professional or so I thought.  I went to the “Hair Club For Men.”  This place was crazy, Big Fancy Building, Hair Loss Professionals in Suits with full heads of hair, and Pretty Secretaries in the front.  They had all the stuff to at least make you feel like they knew what they were doing.  And they did know what they were doing, Selling Bullcrap to young naïve men who were struggling with hair loss.  They were pro’s at making money.

And that he knew what I was going through.  When I asked him if the stuff worked he simply tilted his head down and said “Do you wanna have hair like this when you’re 45.”  Tough to argue with I guess.  Not knowing anything about genetics at the time I believed him.  Now I can see that he just didn’t have the genetics for hair loss and this company “The Hair Club For Men” Simply hired him because of that fact.  He had never lost hair or struggled at all with it.  He simply hit the genetic lottery when it came to hair loss.  And there are people like that out there that just simply never lose their hair.  Companie today still use this tactic and just pay guys with full heads of hair to hold their product even though they have never used or needed said product.  It’s a giant scam.  So now I don’t listen to anyone who doesn’t show me before and after pictures of when they were losing their hair.  And now it’s even tougher because there are a whole new wave of scammers that do have before pictures but then get a “Hair Transplant” (which I have never had) and Then companies pay them to hold some stupid shampoo or gummy bear hair vitamin bullcrap. 

Anyways Long Story Short, He Sold me $3,000 worth of crap.  Money I didn’t have.  He was gonna help me out with a payment plan. God I was so young and stupid.  I Left there with a hefty bag of; Special Vitamins, Shampoos, Their brand of Minoxidil which was the exact same as I had been using, and the real kicker, a stupid ass hair laser comb, which was $1,500 of that $3,000.  Like I was gonna be Luke Skywalker killing all of these little Hair Loss Bad Guys in my head.  I am ashamed of how stupid I was writing this right now haha.

Well none of that crap worked

Well none of that crap worked either even though I used it everyday for another year straight.  And I was still losing hair.  That is when I was this picture, in 2013 when I was 26 Years Old.

It was at this point I went to my doctor.  And I asked him about Finasteride aka Propecia.  He prescribed it for me and told me to Keep using the minoxidil. What ensued was the worst month of my Life.  The Side Effects I Got from Finasteride were devastating.  Erectile Dysfunction, Man Boobs, Sore Testicles, and The WORST of all was the Mental Side effects.  I went into a month-long panic attack.  This sounds dramatic I know.  But I seriously have no other words to describe what happened here.  It would not stop, for one second of the day.  A fog came over my life and my vision went blurry and I was in a state of Terror for a month Straight.  After only taking 3 pills.  I had to go on anti-anxiety medication and have been on it everyday straight for 12 years.  I have tried to come off it twice but the symptoms return. And I have learned that once your anxiety pathways in your brain get opened up then they are open forever.    

Now I’m not saying this will happen to you for sure, but it might.

I obviously had an extreme reaction to this medication. But I am not the only one.  There are many stories of people with similar experiences.  And pretty much everyone will experience some sort of side effects from Finasteride because it Shuts down Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) Production in the entire body.  DHT is a Vital Sexual, Physical, and Mental Hormone that your body needs to run effectively.  The Only Bad thing about DHT is that is happens to make hair fall out on your scalp if you have “Hair Loss Genetics.” So anything that shuts DHT down or lowers it will cause side effects.  A much safer and more effective option would be to have RU58841 bind to the receptor in the scalp and not have System DHT levels effected at all. 

So after this near death experience I stopped the Finasteride but kept using the Minoxidil and Hair laser come until 2020. That made it 10 Straight years of minoxidil twice a day.  That is 7,300 times I applied minoxidil to get to this point in 2020 at 33 years old.

I thought about just shaving it off at this point and I actually did one point hoping I could pull it off… Turns out I couldn’t, instead of looking like The Rock or Jason Stathom I ended up looking like the lost member of the coneheads. 

It was at this point I stopped listening to “Professionals” Because the obviously didn’t crap.  I got onto Reddit forums and Youtube and looked for real people with real before and after pictures.  And the one thing that kept coming up as a safe alternative to Finasteride was RU58841.  But it was hard to find and expensive and sometimes you had to wait a month for it to show up and mix it yourself sometimes from powder.  It was the wild west.  So that stopped the hair from falling out. 

But I needed to regain some ground. And the one common thread I saw developing from all the real people getting real results was copper peptides.  But same thing expensive, hard to find, wait months, order from sketchy overseas websites.

But I stuck with it and after a year I saw dramatic improvements.

And after three years I looked like this without surgery.  I couldn’t Believe it! It was amazing and I thought about just riding off into the sunset.  But I still had the annoying task each month of finding this stuff and companies who made it going out of business, or mixing it myself, or waiting weeks for it to show up and missing being able to put it on because it was coming from some other country.

Until finally I said screw it, I am going to spread the word and make this available to everybody. And I am just going to tell the truth about what happened to me.  That is why I call it truth guy.  Because I got lied to by doctor’s, The media, the hair club for man, influencers, and everybody.  No one is telling the truth in this industry and it’s time somebody does.  And that’s me, Jesse Jones, a country hillbilly from Burley, Idaho.  I am the one who is going to help the world be rid of hair loss.  Not some stupid nameless Faceless company.  Not some jackass who never lost a hair and is being paid to sell  you gummy bear vitamins.  Not some douchebag who got a hair transplant and is telling you that minoxidil and Finasteride are FDA Approved.  Ya from 1997… December 21st 1997 the same day Titanic hit theaters.  It is a rigged game and you need to think differently if you want to succeed in keeping and regrowing your hair.  You have heard my story.  Now it’s time for  yours.
